6 STAGES TO EXPECT AFTER YOU BOOK IN...

So everyone is different but this is an example of what to typically expect from booking in to receiving your album.

Stage 1 - You will have access to your client portal, where you can access your documents at anytime, with your email address. Here you can refer back to our contract, view your invoice and answer any questionnaires.

Stage 2 - The next thing to happen is book in fr your engagement session, I encourage couple to do this approx 6 months in advance, due to busy summer months. You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your engagement session approx 6 months prior to your wedding date, it is no bother to do that earlier it’s just a timeframe for me to work with.

Stage 3 - receive your questionnaire 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding date, this is just asking questions like timings, so I know what time to rock up at on your wedding day!

Stage 4 - Receive your online gallery this is usually within 6 weeks but often sooner.

Stage 5 - Choose wether to go with my design for your album which will give you a turn around of approx 4 weeks, or choose all your images or make adjustments this could take up to approx. 12 weeks turn around.

Stage 6 - Arrange pick up or delivery! Yayyy!
